• Creating, distributing, or facilitating malware, viruses, trojans, or any harmful software
• Bypassing security measures or antivirus detection for malicious purposes
• Engaging in illegal activities or facilitating criminal behavior
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Violating any local, state, national, or international laws
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

Consequences: If you use our services maliciously, you will be permanently banned from our platform and will NOT be issued any refund for your subscription. We have zero tolerance for malicious use.

3. License Management

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or terminate your license and access to our services at any point in time, for any reason, without prior notice and without accepting appeals. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected malicious activity
• Abuse of our services or systems
• Failure to comply with our policies

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion. Users who violate our Terms of Service, engage in malicious activities, or have their accounts terminated for policy violations will NOT receive refunds under any circumstances.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Akrien.cloud and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. You use our services at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
